The new UBO discovery look is coming!

We are excited to announce the upcoming design improvements for UBO discovery for the second half of May. You can expect advanced visibility and even more accessible controls for your UBO discovery experience. The planned upgrade will influence only kompany.com users and not API JSON.




What can you expect?

Main Menu SELECTION DETAILS upgrade

The main Menu will be upgraded to contain groups of all of the necessary options for organisation, adjustment, displaying and customisation of the walk over shareholder ownership tree:

  • ORGANIZE NODES– Containing REORGANIZE, SHOW ORGANISATION, SHOW PATH, SIMPLIFIED PATH VIEW and CIRCLE/PLATE NODES display options;
  • ADJUST VIEW– Containing FIT TO WINDOW and FULLSCREEN adjustment options;
  • DISPLAY– Containing FIT SELECTED, SHOW/HIDE SELECTION, INVERT SELECTION and SHOW/HIDE display options;
  • ROLES – Containing LINKS and UBO role filtering options;
  • ADD DOCUMENTS– Containing company related documents ready for purchase;
  • ADDITIONAL OPTIONS– Containing as the last option Create Manual Discovery, Export As PDF, Snapshot and Help additional options;

With a HIDE MENU option which allows to shrink or expand the Main Menu;

Left Menu Structure Overview upgrade

The Structure Overview menu will be redesigned to provide cleaner overview about selection with all necessary information at one glance.

Navigation Options upgrade

The Create selection and Move the chart options will be merged into one and together with Zoom in and Zoom out option, will be repositioned and made transparent for a better User experience.

UBO tree upgrade

The UBO tree design is planned to offer cleaner look with an even easier differentiation of the corporate and natural person nodes, with arrows and icons of a higher resolution and more modern design.
